Thrust needle roller bearing is a kind of separable bearing, shares small radical space, easy to install and dismount, suitable for the condition of limited radical location but bear radical load. There are 3 types of structures of this kind of thrust needle roller bearing:
1. With two washers and needle cage.
2. With a washer and needle cage.
3. Without washer, needle cage only. It is selected in different condition. After the bearing is installed, the washer has to be supported completely.

K811 11 Series

K812 12 Series diameter of roller and outer diameter series

K893 K874 K894 Resembled structure, roller diameter, K894 is the biggest; K893 is the smallest thrust washer.

Thrust washers mainly divided into AS type, WS type and LS type. The AS type is made by high quality spring steel sheet through stamping. Constantly, the thickness being 0.8-1mm, applied to the fittings that can not be harden but with enough rigidity and geometric accuracy. Axle ring(WS), Seat ring(GS) and Bearing washer(LS) are made by spring steel through heat treatment, it will be used with thrust cylindrical roller bearings or cage assemblies.

AS 、WS811 Nominate dimension of inner diameter is same with diameter of axis, thin washer（B=1）thick washer （B》2.75）

GS811 Nominate dimension of inner diameter=diameter of axis +1~2mm, thick washer.

LS Nominal dimension of inner diameter is same with diameter of axis; thick washer demands low precision and they can be treated as shaft washer or seat ring.

ZS Axial Orientation of thick washer: inner axis is less than diameter of axis. Orientation of double directional pressure bearing seat: inner diameter is less than diameter of axis.
